Lib Dems will raise tuition fees to £16,000

Nick Clegg has promised not to raise university tuition fees to £16,000.

Based on Clegg’s past promise record, this is the clearest indication yet that the Lib Dems are poised to back a further tuition fee rise to £16,000.
